Located just a few minutes walk from the main Dunas Douradas communal pool, children's pool, tennis courts, poolside bar and Xenia restaurant, is this attractive 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Dunas Douradas townhouse with its private HEATABLE plunge pool.  A lovely sandy beach is also within 15 minutes walk, as well as some beachside restaurants.

Living Area:
Entrance into the living/dining area with cable TV and doors to the pool terrace.

There is an adjacent galley type kitchen fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.  A tumble dryer is also available (located in the shower room).

Bedrooms:
On the ground floor there is one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, cable TV and air-conditioning. There is an adjacent shower room.

Upstairs on the first floor is the master double bedroom which can be made up as 2 single beds if preferred.  There are fitted wardrobes, cable TV, air-conditioning and patio doors out to a terrace overlooking the pool. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom.

Pool/Terrace:
Outside is the private plunge pool which measures approximately 8 x 3m with 1.65m depth.  The pool can be heated by prior arrangement at a supplement of £135 per week.

Surrounding the pool is terracing with sun-loungers and garden furniture. There is also a gas BBQ and a table and chairs to enjoy some al-fresco dining.
