This five bedroom villa is located in the Quadradinhos area, just on the northern perimeter of the prestigious Vale do Lobo resort. It is located within walking distance of the supermarket at the entrance to Vale do Lobo, as well as Monika's restaurant which is nearby.  There is also a popular tapas restaurant called Paixa on site. 

This quality property with 5 bedrooms, all en suite, has recently been renovated to a high standard. 

There is Wi-Fi internet and a centralised air conditioning system with individual room controls throughout the property. all included in the rental rate.

Living Area: There is a fabulous spacious dining and kitchen area, which is fully equipped with appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, integrated microwave, oven/hob, juicer, american style fridge freezer with ice maker and dishwasher. A separate external utility room houses the washing machine.

In the living room, there is a large flat screen TV with cable channels. Bluetooth speakers are also available. From the living area, patio doors lead directly to the shaded terrace, furnished with comfy seating, external dining table and chairs and a BBQ to enjoy some al-fresco dining. 

Bedrooms:   Four bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the villa.

Bedroom one has a double bed with an en suite shower room. Bedrooms two, three and four have twins beds and each has an en suite shower room.

On the ground floor there is also an additional cloakroom.

Bedroom five, the master suite, is on the first floor of the villa.This room has a double bed, an en suite shower room with shower unit and double wash basins. Patio doors lead to a private sun terrace with a double sunlounger bed.

Exterior: The salt water swimming pool is located at the far end of the extensive lawned garden. The pool measures approximately 11 metres x 5.5 metres with steps into the shallow end. The pool can be heated at extra charge of £720 per week.

Rates include Maid service, 3 days a week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are also provided for your convenience.
