This attractive 6 bedroom/6 bathroom south facing villa with HEATABLE pool is located on the resort of Varandas do Lago, within 5 minutes drive of the beach at Ancao and the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. There are countryside views from the upper terraces.

Entrance into a spacious bright modern interior with light stone floors and an open plan living/dining area, with satellite television (some English channels) and patio doors to the pool area. 

Adjacent fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a side terrace off the kitchen with small table and chairs.

Also on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and one twin bedroom (beds together) with en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs is 1 double with small balcony with table and chairs, and en-suite bathroom, and the spacious master double with terrace and en-suite bathroom with corner bath and separate shower cubicle.

On the lower ground floor, there are a further 2 bedrooms, one twin with en-suite shower and one double with en-suite bathroom.  These are located off the large basement games room, which has a full size pool table and table tennis table, as well as a TV and bar/kitchen area.

Air-conditioning is available throughout and included.  Wi-fi is also included.

Outside the large pool has steps into the shallow end and can be HEATED at £190 per week. There is a small strip of lawn to one side of the villa. There are sun-loungers by the pool and a table, chairs and Gas BBQ so you can enjoy some dining al fresco.

Maid service is included twice per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.  The linen is changed once per week, and towels, twice weekly.
