This spacious 5 bedroom villa is well located on Vale do Garrao, just 10-15 minutes walk to the lovely Garrao beach (often known as 'Julia's' beach as there are various beachside restaurants there including Julias). You are also just a few minutes walk from the Xenia restaurant on the neighbouring resort of Dunas Douradas.  Within 5 minutes drive you have all the amenities and restaurants of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

The villa is arranged over 2 floors, looking out over a lovely mature 'south' facing garden with a swimming pool measuring approx 10 x 5m.  Adjacent to the pool is a very pleasant dining area with BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining.

The ground floor of the villa features a modern and comfortable open plan living/dining area, with large 51" flat screen TV (with freeview channels) and DVD player. Sliding doors lead to the garden and pool.  There is an adjacent well equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, and dishwasher, and a separate laundry room with extra fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the ground floor, just a few steps down from the entrance hallway, there is one double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, and two further twin bedrooms sharing a large bathroom with bath and separate shower.  All the bedrooms have sliding doors onto the garden.

Upstairs on the top floor, there are 2 master double bedrooms, each with its own private terrace, and flat screen TV (freeview). One double has an en-suite shower room and the other a bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

Air-conditioning is available throughout the property and included in our prices.

Wi-fi is available and included.  A safe is also available.

The pool can be HEATED at an extra charge of £265 per week.

Maid service is included four times per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please note there are a few internal steps as well as the main staircase within the property.

The driveway can comfortably accommodate 2 cars and has an electric gate, securing the property.
