This is a lovely four bedroom villa located in the Varandas do Lago resort in the Algarve, just a few minutes drive from the golden sandy beach of Ancao and its famous Dos Passos restaurant. The well known resorts and amenities of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are also just a few minutes away by car.

This villa is built over three levels. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with cable TV, plenty of comfortable seating and doors leading to the pool terraces. The living room leads to the dining room which seats 8 comfortably.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, toaster and coffee machine.

The lower level has a games room with bar and pool table. There is an extra fridge/freezer and sink here by the bar.

There are four spacious bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. Bedroom one is the master bedroom with king-sized bed and TV. Bedrooms two, three and four all have double beds.

Air-conditioning is included throughout

Wi-fi is also included.

Maid services is included twice per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Outside the ground floor is a covered terrace with dining furniture and barbecue, perfect for some al-fresco meals. Steps lead down to the private swimming pool with steps into the shallow end. The pool can be HEATED at a supplement of £265 per week.

The driveway is available for your private parking.

Other features include underfloor heating (where required) an iron and ironing board, and a hair-dryer.

Please note that this property does have a number of interior and exterior steps, and stairways so a consideration for those with young children and/or those with limited mobility.
