This spacious 4 bedroom/4 bathroom villa with HEATABLE pool is located in a peaceful cul de sac location on Varandas do Lago, just 5 minutes drive from the beach at Praia d'Ancao and several beach restaurants. 

A private gated driveway leads to the villa entrance. Inside a large hallway leads through into a spacious open plan living/dining area with plasma cable TV (full range of channels including English TV), DVD, CD and patio doors that open onto the pool area and garden.

Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including fridge/freezer with water dispenser, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven/hob and microwave.

Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms, one twin with en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over bath), and a double also with en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over bath).

Upstairs leads to the master double with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower over bath). Also on this first floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over bath). A hairdryer is also available.

Air-conditioning is included throughout. Wi-fi also included. 

Maid service is included once per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.  The linen is changed weekly and towels are changed twice per week.

Outside there is a large private pool which can be HEATED (extra cost of £265 per week), an area of lawned garden, outdoor shower, and brick built BBQ and preparation area.  There are also table and chairs and sunloungers available on the extensive terrace overlooking the pool.

The driveway provides ample space for several cars.
