This spacious 3 bedroom villa with private pool is located in the resort of Vale do Garrao, just opposite Dunas Douradas, and about 10 minutes walking distance to Garrao beach, ideal for family holidays.

Entrance into an arched hallway leading to a living area with a large flatscreen smart TV, a wood burning fireplace and patio doors leading out to the terrace and pool.  Netflix is available on the TV but please use your own account (if applicable).

A couple of steps lead to the dining area (for 6 pax) which also has patio doors leading outside.

Adjacent there is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with electric induction split level electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  There is also a Nespresso Coffee machine (bring tablets). A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the utility room off the hallway.

Also on the ground floor, there are two twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, and patio doors leading to the pool. These bedrooms share a separate bathroom with a double basin and an electric towel rail.

There is a further downstairs toilet with a shower and basin adjacent to the utility room.

Upstairs to the first floor which is entirely made up of the master bedroom suite.  There is a spacious bedroom with superking size double bed, fitted wardobes and a bathroom with double basin, electric towel rail.  Doors lead out to a large private sun terrace overlooking the pool.

There is also a lovely roof top terrace with built-in table and chairs and lovely views over the surrounding area.

Outside on the ground floor there is a large south facing terrace, overlooking a woodland area.  There is a kidney shaped swimming pool, measuring approx 8 x 4m, a built-in charcoal BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy some al-fresco dining.

Maid service is included twice per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
