This 3 bedroomed villa with private pool is located on Quadradinhos, a small area of villas and apartments, located parallel to Vale do Lobo, so essentially in walking distance of many of the amenities of Vale do Lobo - i.e. golf, beach, restaurants, supermarket, etc 

This villa is located close to the entrance to Vale do Lobo so within 5-8 minutes walk of the resort supermarket. It is also possible to cut down by the golf course, and so is only about 15-20 mins walk to the beach and praca. The villa has had some recent refurbishment with new kitchen and bathrooms.

Living Area:

The entrance hall leads into an open plan living/dining area with Cable Television and CD player. Patio doors lead out to the pool, terrace and BBQ area with table and chairs to enjoy some al fresco dining.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher and microwave and outside there is a laundry area with washing machine.

Bedrooms:

There are two twin bedrooms downstairs which share a bathroom.  Both these bedrooms lead out onto the terrace and garden area.  Upstairs is the master bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite shower room. This room also has a lovely private roof terrace with 2 sun loungers and a table and chairs, offering a lovely relaxing spot in the sun, as well as great views of the adjacent golf course, the 2nd fairway of the Vale do Lobo Royal.

Outside:

Outside is the kidney shaped swimming pool, which measures approx 6m x 3m with a depth of 1.10 to 2.20 metres.  Surrounding this and the rest of the villa is an attractive mature garden with lawn and established trees and shrubs.

Please note there is a small access road which runs along the side of the villa.
