This is a lovely spacious 3 bedroom detached villa, located in the exclusive area of Fazenda de Santiago, which is located on the northern border of Vale do Lobo.

An entrance hall leads to a spacious well furnished lounge/dining area with log burner, flatscreen TV with English channels, DVD, CD/stereo and dining table to accommodate 6 people.  Patio doors lead out to a large terrace, the swimming pool and a mature garden. 

There is a large fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with breakfast table (for 4), microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine etc.  An adjacent laundry area houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and there is access to a drying area in the outside courtyard.

Also on the ground floor is one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.  Both bedrooms have access to the pool terrace and garden.  A staircase leads to the first floor with the large master double bedroom, with TV, dressing area, full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private terrace overlooking the pool area.  This bedroom also has an ipod/iphone dock.

Outside the rectangular pool measures approx 10 x 5m and is surrounded by an enclosed private garden.  There is a portable gas BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy outside dining.

Air-conditioning is available throughout and included.  There are heated towel rails in all bath/shower rooms, and maid service is included twice per week, except weekends and bank holidays. 

Wi-fi internet access is included.  Pool towels, a Safe and a hair-dryer are also provided.

There is free access to the on-site tennis courts and gymnasium, which is located just a couple of minutes walk away.

It is a 5 minute drive down to the beach and cafe/restaurants at Vale do Lobo.
