Situated on a small estate of villas called Fazenda Santiago, within 5 minutes drive behind Vale do Lobo, this attractive detached villa, sleeping up to 6, is on two levels with a distant sea view.

Entrance into a hallway with guest wc, and into a spacious L-shaped living/dining room with cable TV, and patio doors out to the pool and terraces. 

Adjacent large fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Also on the ground floor is one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom, and a further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.

Upstairs on the first floor is the master double bedroom with dressing area, en-suite bathroom, and patio doors out to a private balcony with distant sea views.

Towels and linen are included.  Towels are changed twice weekly and linen once weekly (more by arrangement). 

Maid service is included twice per week.

Air conditioning throughout is included.

Wi-fi is also included

Outside the swimming pool measures approx 9m x 4m and is surrounded by sun terraces.  Pool heating is available at a supplement of £220 per week. Around the pool area, is a lovely landscaped lawned garden and a pergola and BBQ to enjoy some dining al fresco.

*Heating supplement payable (according to use) in the period from November to March.
