sliding glass doors overlooking the large swimming pool is located
approximately 5 minutes drive from the beach.
Entrance
hallway leads to a spacious
newly refurbished lounge/dining area with Satellite TV, and
doors leading to a covered
terrace with garden furniture overlooking the pool. Well equipped
large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine
and sliding doors to the pool terrace.
One
twin bedroom with en-suite
bathroom, further twin bedroom and double bedroom, each with
en-suite shower room. Upstairs to spacious master double
bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate dressing area and
doors to a balcony.
Outside,
the large rectangular swimming pool (11 x 4m) has steps into
the shallow
end and has a terrace with built-in BBQ and a grassed
area with
shrubs. A further grassy area with trees is located on a
lower level, down some steps from the pool terrace. Air-conditioning
included. Maid service is included 3 times per week excluding weekends and bank holidays. Bed linen is changed once per week and towels are changed twice per week.
