VALE DO LOBO
This
is a recently refurbished duplex apartment set over 2 floors, the first and second floor, located just
a few minutes walk from the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy.
Entrance leads to an open-plan lounge/dining area with satellite flat screen TV
and portable CD player. Doors lead to a part covered balcony with patio furniture ideal for al fresco dining, overlooking the communal gardens. There is a fully equipped brand new fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher
and microwave. A serving hatch leads into the dining area.

few steps lead up to 1 twin bedroom made up as a double with adjacent
bathroom. A staircase leads up to the master double bedroom which has doors to a private balcony with seating overlooking the gardens, and an adjacent shower room. 2 hairdryers are available and there are heated towel rails in the bathrooms.
Air Conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge is included (except during the low season of Oct - 01 April and 15 April - 20 May when if heating or air-conditioning is required then a supplement is payable).
Maid
Service is included 3 times per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays. N.B. The apartment is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
