This is a well equipped duplex apartment, located close to Barringtons and a few minutes walk to the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy,
where membership is included, with free access to the swimming pool and tennis discounts (see below). It is also only 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and praca.
The accommodation is located over 2 floors, the first and second and comprises open-plan living/dining area with satellite TV and patio doors leading to a west facing terrace with garden views, ideal for outside dining. There is a newly refurbished well equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
A few stairs lead up to a spacious twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and newly refurbished adjacent bathroom and a flight of stairs leads to the top floor where there is a further twin bedroom
with fitted wardrobes, private balcony, air-conditioning and adjacent shower room.
Maid
service is included 3 times per week April - October, excluding weekends and bank holidays. It is once a week in the Nov-Mar period and heating is also extra during this period. Air-conditioning
is extra at £50 per week if required.
This property offers Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy membership, which entitles you to free access to their pool, fitness room, sauna and steam room, and 50% discount on court hire, 25% discount on private lessons, 20% discount on group coaching and 10% discount in the shop. The Academy reserves the right to restrict access during major tennis events.
