VALE DO LOBO
This
is a very nicely furnished 2/3 bedroom townhouse, well located just
a few minutes walk from the Vale do Lobo praca (centre) with
its shops and restaurants, and the beach.
Entrance
into a hallway and through to a small bedroom with sofabed. A few steps down lead along to one twin bedroom with separate shower room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors to its own terrace, hedged for privacy.
A spiral staircase leads to the first floor and the open plan living/dining area. There is a glass dining table to seat 6, sofas, wood burning stove, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and ceiling fan. Doors lead to a lovely sun terrace with sea views which is equipped with patio furniture, awning, and portable BBQ.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Air Conditioning is included throughout (except during the low season of Oct - 01 April and 15 April - 20 May when if heating or air-conditioning is required then a supplement is payable).
Maid
Service 3 times per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
