VALE DO LOBO
This
is a very nicely furnished 2/3 bedroom townhouse, well located just
a few minutes walk from the Vale do Lobo praca (centre) with
its shops and restaurants, and the beach.
Entrance
into a hallway and to a small bedroom with sofabed. A few steps down lead along to one twin bedroom with separate shower room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors to its own terrace, hedged for privacy.
A spiral staircase leads to the first floor and the open plan living/dining area. There is a glass dining table to seat 6, sofas, wood burning stove, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and ceiling fan. Doors lead to a balcony with patio furniture, awning, portable BBQ and lovely sea views.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. beach.
Air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms is included except in the low season of Oct - 28 Mar and 11 April - 23 May when a supplement is payable.
Maid
Service 3 times per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
