There are 2 shower rooms, one adjacent to each bedroom. Also on the ground floor, is a utility room with washing machine.
A
spiral staircase leads to the first floor and the open plan living/dining area with satellite TV and DVD. Doors lead to a splendid large balcony with sea views, tiled dining table and built-in seating ideal for al fresco dining. A gas BBQ is also available. There is a fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher and microwave.
BARRINGTONS Sports & Leisure Club membership is included in the rental price, entitling you to free use of their indoor/outdoor swimming pools, gym, sauna and steam room. Other facilities, golf driving range and golf discounts are available at extra charge.
Maid
Service 3 times per week (April - Oct), once a week in the winter season, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Heating supplement payable in the winter. Air-conditioning if required is available at £50 per week.
