VALE DO LOBO - Sleeps 2-4
This is a well furnished recently refurbished one Bedroom Apartment situated behind Barringtons. Temporary membership of this sports & leisure club is available locally at extra charge. The apartment overlooks a
communal garden area with trees and flowering shrubs. The
beach, with adjacent restaurants and bars, is approx 10-15 minutes
walk away.
This one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor.
An entrance hallway leads to a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and adjacent bathroom.
A couple of steps lead down into the lounge/dining area with
cable TV, DVD and Hi-Fi. Patio
doors lead to a semi-covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs
overlooking the communal gardens. Well equipped kitchen with
all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave oven.
Maid service is included 3 times per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Air-conditioning (bedroom only) is included except in the low season of Oct- 28 Mar and 11 April to 23 May. A double sofabed can be made available in the lounge at an extra charge of £50 per person per week.
