One Bedroom Apartment situated behind Barringtons, including Barringtons
membership, entitling guests to free use of the facilities, including
the indoor/outdoor pool, gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, etc, as previously
described on the resort information page. All these facilities
are within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. The beach, with adjacent
restaurants and bars, is approx 10-15 minutes walk away. The apartment
overlooks a communal garden area with trees and flowering shrubs.
This very nicely newly refurbished apartment is on the ground floor.
An entrance hallway leads to a twin bedroom (can be made up as double) with adjacent bathroom.
A couple
of steps lead down into the newly refurbished lounge/dining area with cable television,
CD player and DVD. Well equipped new kitchen with washing machine,
dishwasher and microwave. Patio doors lead from the lounge
to a semi-covered
terrace with outdoor table and chairs overlooking the communal
gardens. The apartment has AIR-CONDITIONING in the lounge and
bedroom included. There is an extra bed available
for one extra person (child). For winter rentals, there is
underfloor heating in the bedroom and bathroom.
Maid service is included 6 times per week,
excluding Sundays and bank holidays.
