This detached 4 bedroom villa, sleeping up to 8, is all on one level and well situated in a central location on Vale do Lobo, just a few minutes walk from the Vale do Lobo Golf Club reception, and 'O Parque' shopping area, and approximately 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and praca (centre) with its bars and restaurants.

The villa has air conditioning throughout, included in our prices, and a heatable pool.  The villa has been refurbished and is tastefully furnished throughout.

Living Area:
There is a spacious living area with comfortable sofas and wall mounted cable TV.  Patio doors lead out to the terrace, garden and pool area. 

There is a good size fully fitted kitchen, with adjacent dining area, which also has a TV screen.  The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.  There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available outside in the a separate utility cupboard. Just off the kitchen, to the front of the villa, there is a terrace with table and chairs.  

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
A corridor from the lounge leads to the bedrooms consisting of the Master Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite double shower room.  There is a further double bedroom (twin beds together) with fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room. The other 2 bedrooms are twin bedded and have fitted wardrobes.  They share a family bathroom with bath.

Features:

• Air conditioning is available throughout and INCLUDED in the prices, except in the low season (*Nov-Mar) when if heating or air-conditioning is required, a supplement of £180 per week is payable;
• Wi-fi access is available and included;
• A hair-dryer is available

• Pool towels are included for your stay.
• Maid service is included 5 days per week (excluding weekends and bank holidays), and once per week in the winter.  Towels are changed twice weekly and linen once a week.

Outside:
There is an area of lawned garden to the front and sides of the villa, leading around to the pool terrace at the back. The pool measures approximately 9m x 5m and is surrounding by terracing, with a gas BBQ and a large table and chairs to enjoy some al-fresco dining. Pool heating is available at a supplement of £265 per week.
