This semi-detached villa with private pool and garden has undeniably one of the best locations on Vale do Lobo, superbly located as it is overlooking the beach at Vale do Lobo, and just a couple of minutes across from the praca with its bars and restaurants.

An entrance hallway leads to a modern well furnished split-level living/dining area with TV (via internet with various English channels, etc, available), video, CD and DVD player. Sliding doors lead to the garden with garden furniture for 'al fresco' dining and stunning sea views.

There is a fully equipped new kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. As of 2010 there is a new window in the kitchen and a new wall of glass replacing the old brick wall in the dining area, now giving splendid views out onto the pool area and the sea beyond.

The bedrooms include one newly refurbished twin bedroom (beds together) with adjacent bathroom and doors to terrace with sea view, and a further twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom. As of 2010 a new twin bedroom has been added. 

Outside the private swimming pool which measures approx 9 x 4.5m with steps into the shallow end, is surrounded by terracing with a built-in BBQ. There is a good size grassy garden area leading to a gate which leads down to the beach. Steps lead up to a rooftop sun terrace with great sea views.

Air-conditioning and heating available in the living/dining areas and 2 bedrooms and INCLUDED in the prices.

Wi-fi internet access now available.  Pool towels are included and a private safe is also available.

Maid service 6 times per week, excluding Sundays and bank holidays. Pool towels provided.
