There is a dining area with seating for 6 and patio doors lead to a lovely balcony with awning and good sea views.  There is patio furniture and a portable gas BBQ. 

Also on this level is the kitchen which is well equipped and modern with microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, slim line dishwasher and washing machine.

Maid service is included twice per week and air-conditioning is included throughout .

WIFI internet access is also included.

Parking in this area is 'paid' parking during July/August.  A parking permit for one car is  available subject to a refundable deposit.

"The villa was lovely, its lay out was very attractive, we loved the terrace on the higher level for a bit of sun bathing.  The furnishings were very tastefully done, and it overall looked like the owners really do spend time there and have thought about its use not just for themselves.  Everything was on hand, games, tv, books plenty of fittings in the kitchen, even a brolley for the beach.  The villa was easy to keep clean and was in a perfect location, not on top of other villas or too close to the praca, but close enough for a walk to and from the centre for a meal and a drink.  I would definitely stay there again and would hope to do so sometime next year.."
