This 2 bedroom duplex apartment has a fantastic location, right by the beach and Vale do Lobo 'Praça' with its cafes and restaurants.  It is also just a couple of minutes walk to the beachside Vale do Lobo WELL beach club with its large swimming pool (payable locally).

Living Area:

Entrance into an open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and a Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine. Please note there is a small washing machine located in a built in cupboard on the top terrace.

Full length sliding doors open on to a small balcony, with great views looking out towards the praca and beach. A table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ are available here to enjoy some al-fresco dining.

In the lounge is a comfortable L-shape sofa, a flat screen Smart TV with UK (BBC/ITV) channels, local Meo channels, a DVD player and ipod docking station. Netflix is available (to use with your own account).

Bedrooms:

A few stairs up lead to the first level and a spacious bedroom with twin beds and also full sized bunk beds (Can sleep 4). There is an adjacent separate bathroom. A further flight of stairs leads to the upper level and the master twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Full length sliding doors open on to a small balcony with lovely sea views.  Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

Please note that in the high and peak season (from 01 June to 30 Sept) there is no free parking available outside this apartment, as it is located in a 'paid' parking area. Check with us to see if a parking permit is available.
