Villa Swakeleys, 30 Val Verde, is an attractive single storey villa, centrally located on Val Verde, just off the first roundabout at Quinta do Lago. It is within walking distance of restaurants and the local shopping centre at Quinta Shopping and the Bouganvilia Plaza. The villa was totally refurbished a few years ago, to a high standard, with new kitchen, bathrooms and air-conditioning and new furnishings throughout.

Living Area:

An entrance hallway leads to a tastefully furnished lounge with cable TV, DVD and Hi-fi, and a raised dining area. Patio doors lead to the terrace with modern cane furniture overlooking the pool and landscaped garden. Stairs lead up to a roof top sun terrace with views over the countryside. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine and dryer.

Bedrooms:

The bedrooms comprise one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower room and doors to the pool and terrace; one twin bedroom (beds together) with en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes, and doors to the terrace and two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, and one with adjacent full bathroom. All the bedrooms have shutters. 

Garden/Swimming Pool:

Outside, the kidney shaped swimming pool (8 x 4m) has steps into the shallow end and has a terrace with gas BBQ. The pool which is salt water treated rather than chlorinated, can be heated at an extra charge of £220 per week.  From the pool area, steps lead up to a landscaped garden.

• *Heating in the winter season is extra according to consumption.
• Bathroom towels and bed linen included.  Towels are changed twice weekly, and linen once weekly (more by arrangement). 
• Pool towels are included with your rental, and a hairdryer is also available.
• Maid service is included 5 times per week (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
• Wi-fi internet access included.
