This attractive single storey villa is furnished to a high standard and located approximately 5 minutes drive from the beach at Quinta do Lago or Dunas.

Entrance into a spacious lounge/dining area with lazer cable TV and DVD player, and doors leading to a covered terrace with garden furniture overlooking the pool. Well equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

One twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms are tastefully furnished.

Outside the rectangular swimming pool (10 x 4m) has steps into the shallow end and has a terrace with BBQ and fruit trees overlooking the valley.

Air-conditioning in 2 bedrooms and the lounge included.

Wi-fi now available and included.

Maid service is included 3 times per week with bed linen changed once per week and towels, twice per week. Pool towels are also included with your rental.

Check in is normally 4pm and check out is 10 am.  However we will try to accommodate early arrivals and late departures where possible.
