This is an attractive 3 bedroom apartment with its 2 balconies overlooking the communal gardens and pool area.  It has its own separate entrance up a flight of steps.  Free use of the communal pool below is included with your stay, and access to the Val Verde Tennis Courts is also possible, on payment of a small fee locally.

Living Area:

Entrance into a hallway with cloakroom and through into the living/dining area with doors to the balcony overlooking the pool area. The balcony has table, chairs and sun-loungers.

The lounge has comfortable sofas,  air-conditioning and cable TV. There is also a woodburner for winter stays. There is an adjacent dining area with table and 6 chairs, and a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher and breakfast bar.

Bedrooms:

On the same level as the living area, is one twin bedroom with adjacent shower room with walk in shower. Please note there is no air-conditioning in this bedroom, although mobile fans are available.

2 flights of stairs lead down to the other two twin bedrooms, both of which have air-conditioning, and both have doors to a second balcony with chairs overlooking the pool.
