This one bedroom apartment (sleeping 2 - 4 people), is nicely furnished and located on the middle floor overlooking the communal gardens, pool area and with a view towards the hills. The sandy beach of Quinta do Lago and Ancao is about 5 minutes drive away.

Entrance into a living/dining area with wood flooring, comfortable sofas and sliding doors to a sun terrace with garden furniture. There is wide screen cable TV with BBC channels, a DVD player, air-conditioning and a telephone.

Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and microwave oven.

There is one well furnished twin bedroom (beds together) with air-conditioning and adjacent bathroom with separate shower cubicle. A hair-dryer is also provided.

Air-conditioning in the lounge and bedroom included. A private safe is available in the bedroom.

A sofabed in the lounge can accommodate 2 extra people at no extra charge.

Wi-fi available and included.

Maid service included 3 times per week (excluding weekends and bank holidays) with weekly linen change and change of bathroom towels, twice weekly.  Pool towels are also included for your stay.
