This is a well furnished one bedroom apartment which sleeps 2 - 4 people, on the middle floor overlooking the communal gardens, pool area and towards the hills. The sandy beach of Quinta do Lago and Ancao is about 5 minutes drive away.

Entrance into a living/dining area with sliding doors to a sun terrace with garden furniture. There is cable TV with BBC channels, a CD player, air-conditioning and a telephone. Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave oven.

There is one well furnished twin bedroom (beds together) with adjacent bathroom. Air-conditioning is included in the lounge and bedroom. A private safe is available in the bedroom.

A sofabed in the lounge can accommodate 2 extra people at no extra charge.

Wi-fi available and included.

Maid service included 3 times per week (excluding weekends and bank holidays) with weekly linen change and change of bathroom towels, twice weekly. A hairdryer and pool towels are also included.

Free use of resort pool and tennis courts included.
