The 5 star resort of Quinta do Lago is famous for its quality and championship golf courses.  The resort is in the protected nature reserve of the Ria Formosa.   

This very high quality, tastefully furnished,  4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa, sleeping up to 8 people, has its own putting green and lovely views to the golf course. The villa has air conditioning throughout and a large pool, which can be heated. 

Living/Dining/Kitchen:

An Entrance way with cloakroom, leads into a light and spacious recently refurbished living area with large plasma flat screen TV (cable) and patio doors out to the pool, garden and putting green.

There is a spacious fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, American style fridge, microwave and dishwasher.  A separate laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.  Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with round table for 8, and a sofa.

There is a study with writing table and internet (wi-fi) connection, leading to the kitchen, and there are patio doors to the terrace and to a covered area suitable for al fresco dining.

Bedrooms:

The bedrooms consist on the ground floor of one twin bedroom (that can be set up as a double), fitted wardrobes, TV and en-suite shower room.  Patio doors lead out to the terrace and garden. Also a double bedroom, with fitted wardrobes, TV, en-suite shower room and doors to the terrace and garden.

Upstairs there is the master double bedroom with TV, en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, and patio doors out to the balcony which has great views over the pool and golf course.

Also on the first floor is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, TV, en-suite shower room and balcony with views to the putting green area.

General Inclusions:

House linen and towels are included. 
Towels are changed twice weekly and linen once weekly (more by arrangement). 
Maid service is included 5 times per week excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Air-conditioning is available throughout and included in the prices, except in the economy* season when heating is charged at a supplement, subject to usage.
Wi-fi is also included

Garden/Pool:

Outside there is a covered dining area with wicker/wooden table and chairs for 8 people, ideal for dining al fresco.  There is also a covered BBQ area with BBQ, and table and chairs for 4 people.

The swimming pool measures approximately 10m x 6m and can be heated (at £220 per week).  It is surrounded by a landscaped lawned garden, leading directly to the golf course. 

A private Putting Green is also available.

Parking is available on the driveway at the front of the villa.
