This is a beautifully furnished high standard 4 bedroom villa, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in zone 9 within the popular resort of Dunas Douradas, just a few minutes walk from a lovely sandy beach.

Living Area:

An elegant entrance hall leads into a spacious split level open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area.  The lounge has a large flat widescreen cable Smart TV (Netflix available through your own account if applicable), DVD player, and music system, comfortable sofas and a dining area with seating for 8. Sliding doors in the lounge lead out to a lovely covered terrace with garden furniture - ideal for dining "al fresco".

There is a superb modern open plan new kitchen which has a breakfast bar with high stools, and which is fully equipped with oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and double American style fridge and separate wine cooler. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided). Close by is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, with access to the rear garden & drying area. 

Bedrooms:

Upstairs is the master double bedroom with King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom with separate shower room; both have sliding doors to terraces with views. On the lower floor there are two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and one with en-suite bathroom.  Again there are sliding doors to the terraces.  There is also an extra small sitting room with flatscreen smart TV and en-suite walk in shower room.

Garden/Terraces/Pool:

To the rear of the villa there is a small landscaped garden, and the private HEATABLE pool which measures approx 9 x 5m, with depths from 0.9m to 1.9m and steps into the shallow end.  There is an electronic cover to the pool which keeps any heat in overnight.  Around the pool is terracing with sun-loungers to enjoy the sunshine.

There are various other terraces for relaxing including a large side terraced area with comfortable seating, table and built-in Gas BBQ. Upstairs leads to a lovely sun terrace with sofas and chairs, ideal for relaxing with a book, or to enjoy drinks as the sun goes down. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out or come together as the case may be.
