This is an attractive two bedroom linked townhouse, located in the popular resort of Dunas Douradas approximately 5 minutes walk from the communual pool, children's pool, tennis courts, pool bar and restaurant.  It is also just 5-10 minutes walk from a lovely sandy beach.

Included with your rental is free use of the Dunas Douradas communal pool and children's pool, and use of the Dunas Douradas tennis courts on payment of a small fee locally.  There is a 24 hour security patrol and central reception facility, as well as an on-site shop, restaurant and pool bar.

At the property an entrance hall with cloakroom leads into a well furnished living/dining area with cable TV, DVD player and patio doors leading to a balcony with patio furniture and portable charcoal BBQ. Stairs lead down to the pool area and up to a roof terrace with distant sea views.

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with all modern appliances including washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and Espresso coffee machine.

From the hallway, stairs lead down to the lower level and one double bedroom with air-conditioning, doors to the pool terrace and en-suite bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom with air-conditioning, doors to the pool terrace and en-suite shower room.

Outside the plunge pool measures approximately 4m x 2m and has step access.

Air Conditioning is included throughout.  For winter rentals, there are electric heat wafers throughout, including in the bathrooms.

Maid service is included twice per week (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Wi-Fi is also included.
