This pleasant 1st floor apartment is situated in mature communal gardens close to the communual pool, tennis courts and pool bar/restaurant within the Dunas Douradas resort.  It is also approximately 10 minutes walk to a sandy beach, and some further beachside restaurants.  Free use of the communal pool and children's pool, is included with your rental, and use of the on-site tennis courts is available at a small extra charge, payable locally.

Entrance into an open plan living/dining area with sofas, open fireplace, cable TV and DVD player, and a dining table for 4.  Patio doors open on to a covered terrace with patio furniture, perfect for outdoor dining.

Adjacent to the dining area, and connected via a serving hatch, is a fully fitted kitchen which includes oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.

There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with twin beds and an adjacent shower room.  The bathrooms have been newly refurbished.

Air-conditioning is available in the lounge and bedrooms and included in our prices.

Wi-fi is also available and included.

Maid service is included once per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
