This is a very pleasant two storey linked Dunas Douradas town house with lovely small garden, close to the communal facilities - pool, tennis courts, restaurant/bar and reception of this popular resort. You benefit from free use of the communal pool and children's pool and can use the tennis courts on payment of a small local charge. You are also within 10 minutes walk of a lovely sandy beach and some beach restaurants.

Entrance leads in on the ground floor to a hallway and the 2 bedrooms - one twin bedroom with separate shower room and the master twin bedroom made up as a double with en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors giving access to the lovely enclosed garden with patio furniture, sun-loungers and a built in BBQ area.

On the first floor, there is the fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with double oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.  Adjacent to this room, is the bright and spacious living/dining area with wood burning fire place, cable TV, DVD, video and Hi Fi.  The dining table accommodates 6.  There are mosquito screens to all windows and doors. Patio doors lead from the living area to a sunny terrace with furniture, ideal for al fresco dining, overlooking the garden. There is also a stairway leading down from this terrace to the garden below.
