been beautifully refurbished, is situated in the Atlantico area of
Quinta do Lago, a couple of minutes drive to the beach.

bedroom with en-suite shower room and feature sky light ceiling. One
twin bedroom (made up as a double) with traditional royal blue
furnishings
and an en-suite bathroom with rolled top bath. Master twin bedroom
(made up as a double) with en-suite bathroom.

with cable TV (some English channels), DVD and CD player, and doors leading to a covered
terrace overlooking
the pool and garden. Adjacent dining area with rustic furniture.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave; adjacent
laundry
room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Double glazing
throughout. Metered telephone and fax available.
Air-conditioning included except in the low seasons of Oct - 28 Mar and 11 Apr - 23 May when if this or heating is required then a supplement of £100 per week is
payable. The swimming pool (12 x 4m) can be heated at £110 per week, and is FENCED, as additional security for younger
children.
