This attractive villa, with separate annexe, is located in a quiet
position overlooking the Quinta do Lago Golf Course, approx 5 minutes
drive from the beach.
An
entrance hallway leads to a spacious
living/dining area, nicely decorated in a Nordic style, with
satellite TV, video, DVD and CD/Hi-fi, and patio doors leading
to a part covered terrace with garden furniture and BBQ area
overlooking
the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher
and microwave.
One
twin bedroom (made up as a double) with an en-suite bathroom
with jacuzzi bath, one twin bedroom (made up as a double) with
en-suite bathroom and one twin (made up as a double) with en-suite
shower room. Air-conditioning
in the lounge and all bedrooms included.
The
annexe comprises one twin bedroom on the first floor with air-conditioning.
On the ground floor, there is a shower room, living room with
TV and kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob and washing machine.
Outside,
the pool (10 x 4m) is surrounded by terracing and lawned garden. Maid service is included 3 times per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Bed linen is changed once per week and towels are changed twice per week.
