Dunas Douradas
This two storey detached villa, sleeping up to 6 is situated
close to the central area at
Dunas with its communal pool, small mini-market and restaurant/pool bar. The
beach is approx 5-10 minutes walk.
An
entrance hallway with cloakroom leads down into the living/dining area
with cable TV, video, DVD, CD player and log burner. Patio doors lead out to the terrace and pool area. The dining area seats 6. Fully fitted kitchen
with modern Bosch appliances including dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The bedrooms consist on the ground floor of two bedrooms, one twin and one double sharing a separate shower room, and separate w.c. Upstairs leads to the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and doors to a good size sun terrace. There are fly screens to all doors and windows and electric heating in most rooms including the bathrooms.
Outside
the private pool measures approximately 8 x 4 m, and is surrounded
by terracing with built in BBQ and sink, garden furniture, and a hedged lawned garden.
Air Conditioning is included throughout (except during the low season of Oct - 31 March and 15 April - 20 May when if heating or air-conditioning is required then a supplement is payable). Maid service is included 4 times per week.
Also included is use of all the Dunas Douradas facilities including
communal pool, tennis courts (small fee payable), 24 hour security
patrol and central reception facility. There is also an on-site shop, restaurant and pool bar/coffee shop.
