Dunas Douradas with private HEATABLE pool
This two storey detached villa, sleeping up to 6 is situated
very close to the central area at
Dunas with its communal pool, small mini-market and restaurant/pool bar. The
beach is approx 15 minutes walk.
An
entrance hallway with cloakroom leads down into the living/dining area
with flat screen cable TV, CD player, wood burning stove, ceiling fan, and patio doors out to the terrace and pool area. The dining area seating 8 also has patio doors to the terrace with built in gas BBQ and sink. Newly refurbished fully fitted kitchen
with modern Bosch appliances including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and coffee maker. A serving hatch leads into the dining area.
The bedrooms consist on the ground floor of two twin bedrooms sharing a shower room, and upstairs to the master twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan and doors to a private sun terrace.
Outside
the private pool measures approximately 9 x 4.5 m, and is surrounded
by terracing and lawned garden. The pool can be heated at a supplement of £110 per week.
Air Conditioning is included throughout (except during the low season of Oct - 31 March and 15 April - 20 May when if heating or air-conditioning is required then a supplement is payable). Maid service is included 4 times per week.
Also included is use of all the Dunas Douradas facilities including
communal pool, tennis courts (small fee payable), 24 hour security
patrol and central reception facility. There is also an on-site shop, restaurant and pool bar/coffee shop.
