This 3 bedroom detached townhouse is located in a quiet spot with views to woodland at the end of a cul-de-sac on the popular resort of Dunas Douradas. An entrance
hall leads into the lounge/dining area with cable TV and DVD player.
Patio doors lead from here to the terrace, pool and garden. Newly refurbished
fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
On the ground floor there is one bedroom with twin beds and
patio doors leading out to garden area. Separate newly refurbished shower room.
There is also a bunk bedded room, ideal for children. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with twin beds
made up as a double and en-suite bathroom, and patio doors which lead to a sun terrace
with views over the garden and pine trees.
Outside there is a small pleasant garden with garden furniture
and built in BBQ and the good size pool measuring approx 7 x 3.5m.
Air Conditioning throughout (supplement payable excluding Peak
and Premium summer seasons). Maid service is included 3 times per week
Also included is use of all the Dunas Douradas facilities including
communal pool, tennis courts (small fee payable), 24 hour security
patrol and central reception facility. There is an on-site shop, restaurant and pool bar/coffee shop. The beach with several
restaurants/bars is approximately 15 minutes walk.
