This is a totally renovated well furnished south facing ground floor apartment with air-conditioning and private patio area for outside dining.
Entrance into a bright spacious living/dining area with cable TV, DVD and CD player, and fireplace fitted with wood burning stove. Patio doors lead to a covered terrace with garden
furniture. Fully fitted modern kitchen with integrated appliances including ceramic hob with extractor, washing machine, dishwasher
and microwave.
There is one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with separate corner shower cubicle, and doors
to the garden, and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and separate shower room with large walk in shower. A private safe is available and heated towel rails.
Air Conditioning is included throughout (except during the low season of Oct - 31 March and 15 April - 20 May when if heating or air-conditioning is required then a supplement is payable). Maid service is included 3 times per week.
Also included is use of all the Dunas Douradas facilities including
communal pool, tennis courts (small fee payable), 24 hour security
patrol and central reception facility. The beach with several
restaurants/bars is approximately 15 minutes walk.
