This is a well furnished ground floor apartment with air-conditioning and private patio area for outside dining.
Entrance into a spacious living/dining area with wood burning stove, cable TV, DVD and video. Patio doors lead to a covered terrace with garden
furniture and access to the communal gardens. Fully fitted modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher
and microwave.
There is one double bedroom with fitted mirrored wardrobes, doors to the garden and en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with fitted mirrored wardrobes and separate shower room.
Air-conditioning is included except in the low seasons (i.e. Oct - 28 Mar and 11 Apr - 23 May) when if air-conditioning or heating is required, a supplement is payable. Maid service is included 3 times per week
Also included is use of all the Dunas Douradas facilities including
communal pool, tennis courts (small fee payable), 24 hour security
patrol and central reception facility. The beach with several
restaurants/bars is approximately 10-15 minutes walk.
