This is a well furnished ground floor apartment with 'air-conditioning'
and sliding doors to a patio for outside dining and the communal garden area.
Entrance into a living/dining area with cable TV and feature fireplace with wood burning stove. Patio doors lead to a part covered terrace with table and chairs and portable BBQ. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher
and microwave.
There is one master twin bedroom which can be made up as a king size double with en-suite walk in shower room, and a twin bedroom with separate bathroom. Both have mirrored wardrobes.
Air-conditioning is included except in the low seasons (i.e. Oct - 28 Mar and 11 Apr - 23 May) when if air-conditioning or heating is required, a supplement is payable. Maid service is included 3 times per week
Also included is use of all the Dunas Douradas facilities including
communal pool, tennis courts (small fee payable), 24 hour security
patrol and central reception facility. The beach with several
restaurants/bars is approximately 15 minutes walk.
