This is a cosy two bedroom linked townhouse, benefiting from
a good size private pool and located in the popular resort of Dunas
Douradas close to the communual facilities.
The
accommodation comprises:-
Ground Floor - Entrance into fully fitted compact kitchen equipped
with all modern appliances including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and serving hatch to the lounge area.
Lounge with wood burning fire place, comfortable seating, cable
TV and patio doors to separate dining/sun lounge area with dining
table to seat 4 people and sitting area. Patio doors to terrace
with patio furniture, built-in BBQ area and pool (measures approx
8 x 5 m). Also on this level is one twin bedroom with patio door
out to the terrace and pool. Separate shower room.
First Floor - Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, patio
doors to large private terrace overlooking the pool.
The house is fully air-conditioned (this is INCLUDED except during
the Low season of Oct to 05 Apr and from 19 April – 24
May when a supplement is payable).
Included in the rental of this house is use of the communal pool,
children’s pool and tennis courts (small charge) and central
reception facility, a few minutes walk away. The beach is approximately
10 minutes walk away.
Maid service is included 3 times per week.
