Dunas Douradas - Sleeps up to 4
Lovely two storey village house with private terrace and lawned garden. An entrance
hall leads into the lounge/dining area with fogo montanha wood burning
stove, satellite TV, Video, and CD player.
Patio doors lead from here to the terrace and garden. A newly refurbished
fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
On the ground floor there is one bedroom with twin beds and
patio doors leading out to garden area. Separate shower room.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with twin beds
and en-suite bathroom, and patio doors which lead to a balcony
with views over the garden and pine trees. Both the bathroom
and the shower room have recently been refurbished. There are
mosquito screens on all the doors.
Outside there is a small pleasant garden (facing south-east, giving you sunshine most of the day) with garden furniture
and built in BBQ.
Air Conditioning is included throughout (except during the low season of Oct - 31 March and 15 April - 20 May when if heating or air-conditioning is required then a supplement is payable).
Maid service is included 3 times per week
Also included is use of all the Dunas Douradas facilities including
communal pool, tennis courts (small fee payable), 24 hour security
patrol and central reception facility. The beach with several
restaurants/bars is approximately 10-15 minutes walk.
