This is a superb, tastefully furnished, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa, which is essentially all on one level and sleeps up to 10 people. It is located in the heart of Vale do Lobo within 10 minutes walking distance of the Praca and the Tennis Centre. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and pool heating is also available.

Entrance into an open plan spacious fully fitted kitchen with 2 fridges, oven/hob, dishwasher and microwave which leads through into an open plan dining area which has a wall of glass doors which open onto a lovely pool terrace with sunloungers and dining furniture overlooking the pool.  There is a separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is an open plan sitting room with Moroccan touches, and patio door to the pool terrace, and an adjacent TV room with big LCD screen and IPTV box (i.e. TV via internet), with various English channels available.

The bedrooms consist of a spacious master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, patio doors out to the terrace, and an en-suite shower room with double shower cubicle. 
The second double bedroom is also spacious with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.
The third bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have twin beds, fitted wardrobes and share a shower room.

All the bedrooms have air-conditioning.  Ceiling fans are available in the kitchen and lounge areas.

Wi-fi access is available

Outside there is a large pool which can be heated (at a supplement of £220 per week).  Terracing surrounds the pool with gas BBQ available and lots of outside dining furniture and seating.  There is an attractive partly tiled courtyard down some steps to one side of the pool area, and this leads through to a landscaped garden with pergola, and down again onto a lower level planted up with trees and shrubs.

Maid service is included 5 days per week (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

VALE DO LOBO WELCOME CARD:

When renting this property, it is currently possible for guests to purchase a Welcome Card from the Vale do Lobo reception at 60 euros per adult per week.  This card then entitles you to various services and discounts, including free use of the Vale do Lobo circuit bus, discounts on use of the WELL swimming pool, etc.  See HERE for more information.

"Second visit to 651 Vale de Lobo. As before the villa and the service from Nichola surpassed expectations. The ease and speed of the booking process and the speedy replies to all my emails just make the experience that bit more pleasurable. Having recently tried to book a holiday with a mainstream travel agent it has made me appreciate so much more the level of customer service I received from Nichola ....The villa is outstanding offering the height of luxury. There is air con in every bedroom and ceiling fans in all communal rooms with patio doors opening out onto the pool area. The pool is a great size too. The lower more peaceful garden area has a pool table under a fantastic thatched gazebo. The furnishings are so tasteful and the fantastic tv room with plenty of UK channels including sports channels make the villa a great "home from home" and like a home to live in not a show home. We used all 5 bedrooms this year all very comfortable. The owners of the villa have really cracked it making it such a lovely place to take a relaxing holiday. The main "Praca" in Vale de Lobo is a pleasant 10 minute walk. There are some fantastic restaurants within a 5 minute drive of the villa and a great mini shopping centre in Quinta do Lago just 10 minutes in the car. All in all an outstanding service from Nichola. A fantastic villa offered from Villascapes in a truly beautiful part of Portugal. Thank you so much for all your help. "Wow - what can I say about Villa 651 - we are a family who's ages ranges from 16-70 years old and everyone was taken aback by the villa. There really was something for everyone. The photos do not do justice to this place - clearly we could see from the images that it was spacious with big outside space but the gardens really do go on forever and so many "secret" places to lose yourself (or the kids!). The pool is the biggest we have ever had in any villa. Everything about this villa was good quality and we felt like we were staying in a 5 * resort. On arrival the place was spotlessly clean and it was kept this way all week by the maid who was very unobtrusive and worked hard. There are some personal items of the owners which gave the villa a very homely feel. The weather was kind to us on most days so we didn't use the inside space very much - however it was lovely to sit at night and chill out in the large TV room (plenty of English channels) where there was plenty of space for us all to sit."
