This spacious 5/6 bedroom detached single storey villa, which can accommodate up to 6/7 adults and 6/7 children/teenagers, is located in the heart of Vale do Lobo on a 2200 square metre plot.  It has a huge lawned garden and large private pool. It is a convenient 10-15 minutes walk to the Vale do Lobo beach, praca/centre and restaurants, and 5 minutes walk to the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy.

Living Area:
Entrance into a hallway leading to a spacious living/dining area with internet TV (various English channels available), DVD and CD player, and patio doors leading out to a terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Spacious fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. Guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms:
On the ground floor there is the master double bedroom with king size bed, walk in wardrobes, TV, and patio doors to a sun terrace. It has a large en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Also on this floor is a second double bedroom (either made up as twins or as a double) with en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is used as a study but has a sofa bed.

A staircase leads down to the lower ground floor with 3 further bedrooms. Bedroom 4 with its en-suite shower room is twin bedded but one bed also has a slide out mattress so it can sleep 3. Patio doors lead to the garden. This room is better suited to children/teenagers than adults. Bedroom 5 also has an en-suite shower room, and has 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 4 children/teenagers. Bedroom 6, with en-suite shower room, can be laid out with 2 single beds or as a double, and with its TV and DVD player can be set up as a daytime den for children. Patio doors lead from here to the terrace and garden.

Air-conditioning throughout is INCLUDED in the prices.  * Heating in Nov-Mar is extra as required.

Garden/Pool:
The large private pool measures approximately 11 x 5m, and can be heated at extra cost (£220 per week). Lovely large landscaped garden with garden furniture and BBQ.  There is also a small putting green.

Features:
Maid service 5 times per week (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Towels and linen are included.  Towels are changed twice weekly and linen once weekly.

**PRICES: At certain times of the year (outside the peak summer season) this house may be rented as a '4' bedroom at reduced rates for a party which consists of up to 8 people only. Prices on request.

When renting this property, it is currently possible for guests to purchase a Welcome Card from the Vale do Lobo reception at 60 euros per adult per week.  This card then entitles you to various services and discounts, including free use of the Vale do Lobo circuit bus, discounts on use of the WELL swimming pool, etc.  See HERE for more information.
