Casa Marcia, no. 63 Vale do Lobo, is located in the heart of Vale do Lobo, overlooking a grassy square, within 5 minute's walk from the beach, the resort swimming pool and all the restaurants and cafes at the Vale do Lobo 'Praca'.

This property has been newly refurbished in 2023. Entrance into a well furnished split level living/dining area.  The dining area is equipped with table and chairs to accommodate 6 people.  2 steps lead up to the lounge area with stylish grey furnishings, and patio doors leading to a back terrace with garden table and chairs and a gas BBQ.  The wall mounted television is IPTV (tv via internet) with various English channels and includes SKY Sports.

Next to the dining area is the well equipped fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine.

Also on the ground floor is one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and and en-suite shower room with walk in shower.

Upstairs leads to the first floor twin bedroom and one double bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes.  These 2 bedrooms share a separate shower room with walk in shower.

Air-conditioning is available and included throughout.

Free wi-fi is available.

Maid service is included twice per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays. A linen change of sheets and towels is included once per week.

Pool/beach towels are also provided for your stay.

There is a parking area adjacent to the back entrance of the villa. Parking is free in this area except from 01 June to 30 Sept. There is one parking permit available with the house. Please let us know if this is a requirement.
