This good standard step villa, laid out over one level, is situated in the area opposite the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy, very convenient for all those wishing to play some tennis during their stay.

Entrance into an open-plan well furnished spacious lounge/dining area with cable TV and doors to the terrace and pool.

Well equipped pale wood kitchen with washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

There is a master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. The other bedrooms are 2 twins, each with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. They share a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Outside the plunge pool which  measures approx 7 x 3m, with depths from 0.76m to over 1m, has ladder access. A part covered terrace with garden furniture overlooks the pool and is gated at either end from the pool.

A built in BBQ is also available.

Air-conditioning is included in the prices (except in the low season from *Nov-Mar when if this or heating is required, then a supplement of £75 is payable per week).

Wi-fi internet access available.

Maid service is included twice per week Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and once per week in the winter (Nov - Mar).  Additional maid service is available at a small extra charge.

When renting this property, it is currently possible for guests to purchase a Welcome Card from the Vale do Lobo reception at 60 euros per adult per week.  This card then entitles you to various services and discounts, including free use of the Vale do Lobo circuit bus, discounts on use of the Vale do Lobo Rotunda swimming pool, etc.  See HERE for more information.
