On the ground floor there is an Entrance hall with guest wc, leading into a bright and spacious living/dining room with ample comfortable seating, a modern glass surround wood burning stove, a wall mounted 65in Smart TV and DVD player, and a dining area with dining table to seat 8.

Patio doors lead out to a partly covered pool terrace with patio furniture and built-in charcoal BBQ, ideal for dining al-fresco.  The plunge pool measures approx 8 x 3m and has ladder access.  A gate from the pool terrace leads out onto communual gardens.

Also on the ground floor is a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Delta Q coffee machine, and microwave.

This floor also has 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has a small private shower room, and the other, a separate bathroom with underfloor heating.

Upstairs on the first floor there is the spacious master suite with fitted wardrobes, safe, King size bed and en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating.  There are patio doors to a private sunny balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. There are a couple of sun-loungers and a sofa to enjoy some relaxation in the sunshine.

Maid service is included twice per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays. A hairdryer is available for use and there is a Safe for your valuables.
