Upstairs leads to the master double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom and doors to a private balcony. 

The modern kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. An adjacent utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Air-conditioning is available throughout  (except in the kitchen) and INCLUDED in the prices indicated.

The property is gated and enclosed with trees in the garden and built-in BBQ. The private swimming pool measures approx 9 x 5m with steps into the shallow end. There is some lawned garden around the perimeter of the pool terrace.

Wi-fi internet access available and included.

Maid service is included 5 times per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Linen and towels are included. Linen change is once per week and towels are changed twice per week.
