This villa, located at the end of a terrace of 8 villas, with private pool and garden, has undeniably one of the best locations on Vale do Lobo, superbly located as it is overlooking the beach at Vale do Lobo, and just a couple of minutes walk across from the praca with its bars and restaurants.

An entrance hallway leads to a modern well furnished split-level living/dining area with TV (via internet with various English channels, etc, available), video, CD and DVD player. Sliding doors lead to the garden with garden furniture for 'al fresco' dining and stunning sea views.

There is a fully equipped new kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave coffee maker, blender and toaster. In the adjacent dining area there is a wall of glass replacing the old brick wall, which gives splendid open views out onto the pool area and the sea beyond.

The bedrooms include one master double bedroom (Queen size) with en-suite bathroom (with shower over bath) and doors to the terrace with sea views.  There are 2 twin bedrooms, one with pool/garden/sea views and the other land facing. These 2 bedrooms share an adjacent shower room. 

Outside the private swimming pool which measures approx 9 x 4.5m with steps into the shallow end (depths from 0.9m to 2.10m), is surrounded by terracing with a built-in BBQ. There is a good size grassy garden area leading to a gate which leads down to the beach. Steps lead up to a rooftop sun terrace with furniture and great sea views.

Air-conditioning and heating are available in the living/dining areas and bedrooms and INCLUDED in the prices.

Wi-fi included.  Pool towels are included and a private safe, a hairdryer and an iron/ironing board are also available.

Maid service 6 times per week, excluding Sundays and bank holidays. 

Private free parking for your car(s) is available to the rear of the villa.
