This is a bright spacious linked mimosa townhouse which is modern and tastefully furnished throughout.  It has a private plunge pool and is set within communal lawned areas in the popular luxury resort of Vale do Lobo. It is located within 10 minutes walk of the beach and praca, with its bars and restaurants. 

An Entrance hall with guest cloakroom leads into a bright lounge/dining area with comfortable seating and an open fireplace.  There is flat screen Smart TV (Netflix available - use your own account if applicable, and SKY), DVD player, and WIFI internet/fast fibre broadband facility. There is a dining area with dining table to seat 4 persons and a spiral staircase which leads up to a modern mezzanine level with sofabed (best suited to a child/teenager) and flatscreen TV with Nintendo Wii and a selection of children's games.

There is an adjacent open-plan fully fitted and equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

Patio doors in the lounge area lead out to the rear terrace with the plunge pool, which measures approx 4m x 3m. There is also a built-in Charcoal BBQ and patio furniture.

There are two twin bedrooms, one with a separate bathroom and the other with a shower room.

The property is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Beach/pool towels, a Hair-dryer and a Safe are also available.

Maid service is provided once per week excluding weekends and Public Holidays.

Pool heating is available at an extra £180 per week.  Please request when booking, if required. Please note there is no pool cover.

A Pool Fence is also available on prior request (please ask when booking). This is £40 per week.  A useful addition if you have young children in your party.

Rental Licence: 277/13/AL

Please note that the outdoor pool at the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy is available for use on payment of a small local charge.
