Among our popular Algarve apartments, this one bedroom apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy, where on payment of a small fee, access to their communal swimming pool is available.  The beach, with adjacent bars and restaurants, is approximately 10-15 minutes walk.

This very nicely furnished apartment is on the ground floor, overlooking a communal garden area with trees and flowering shrubs.

An entrance hallway leads to a twin bedroom (can be made up as double) with adjacent bathroom with shower over the bath. A couple of steps lead down into the refurbished lounge/dining area with cable television, CD player and DVD. Well equipped new kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/hob and microwave. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a semi-covered sun terrace with outdoor table, chairs and mobile BBQ, overlooking the communal gardens.

The apartment has air-conditioning in the lounge and bedroom included.

Extra option: There are two large Z-beds available for use in the living room.  These are available free of charge.

*For winter rentals, the air-conditioning units also provide heating. This is an extra price.  There is also underfloor heating available in the apartment which if required is available at a supplement of £70 per week. 

Wi-fi is available.

Maid service is included once per week, excluding Sundays and bank holidays. More maid service can be arranged at extra cost.

Beach/pool towels and a hairdryer are also provided.

With this property it is currently possible for guests to purchase a Welcome Card from the Vale do Lobo reception at 60 euros per adult per week.  This card then entitles you to various services and discounts, including free use of the Vale do Lobo circuit bus, discounts on use of the Vale do Lobo Rotunda swimming pool, etc.  See HERE for more information.
